The Autumn Blues…
It’s mid October and i woke up to find
Autumn’s upon us, ( Summer left us behind)
i feel such a sadness, have a case of the blues
Summer is one thing i don’t like to lose..
Some call it depression, I call it “The fall”
When the season upon us changes it all…
I don’t like the feeling, of being sad and down
Already wishing for Spring to spring back around.
Autumn you might be all pretty and sweet
But i know old man winter, is right on your feet..
Summer has faded and it’s like I blew a fuse
Cause i have fallen into the autumn blues
